Additional Players
  - Adults and children age 2 & under are not billed.
- Extra participants: Upgrade beforehand or $12.50 each (depending on package).
- Please let us know in advance if you expect more kids so we can bring enough equipment and staff.
What do families provide?
  - Food, cake, goodie bags, and decorations (if desired).
- We bring all entertainment, equipment, and games!
What does my NERF party look like?
  - Kickoff with field games (tug-of-war, relay races, etc.)
- Optional Chalk Bomb Icebreaker (+$45)
- Nerf-style games (capture the flag, elimination, tag) — with provided safety goggles
- Younger kids enjoy free-for-all play; older kids get strategy-based games
- Midway break for food/cake
- Final showdown: Kids vs. Parents (always a hit!)
- Timeline is flexible based on your preferences
How long is the party?
  - 2 hours of playtime
- Coaches arrive 1 hour prior for setup (please plan to meet us)
- Once equipment is staked in, it cannot be moved to ensure setup is on time
- Additional time available for an added fee
How much space is needed?
  - We adapt to most locations: parks, backyards, patios, courts
- More space = bigger setup and more materials
- Please send a photo of your space so we can prepare
Is grass required?
  - Grass preferred for safety and equipment setup
- We also accommodate dirt lots, concrete patios, and courts
Do I need a park permit?
  - Not usually, unless you reserve a gazebo or bring inflatables
- If your permit requires insurance:
 
      - Certificate: Free
- Endorsed page: $35 (please allow up to 1 week)
 
Can themes be combined?
  - Yes! This requires additional equipment and may incur extra fees.
What are Chalk Bombs?
  - A hilarious icebreaker game where kids try to stay clean while laughing and bonding
- Non-toxic, non-staining, and wipe right off
- Add-on: $45
📋 Terms & Policies
  - Parties MUST complete the booking form & all guests must sign the liability waiver (add link to your Evite).
- Deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions).
- Date changes: $35 admin fee (waived for hazardous weather).
- Aggressive or dangerous behavior may result in the party ending early with no refund.
- Post-event charges may apply for:
 
      - Additional guests/items added
- Loss or damage of equipment
- Excess cleaning
- Late use of the space beyond the paid time slot
 
- Travel fee: $0.69 per mile per coach beyond Thousand Oaks.
- Additional insured document: Free.
- Endorsed insurance page: $35.
- If only one coach is available day-of, you will be refunded $75 for the second coach.
- All participants play at their own risk, even with provided safety equipment.
